Damaged or faulty goods
If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us by telephone, fax or email immediately on the day of receipt. If the package is damaged on arrival, you may be asked to return the goods with its original packaging.Other returns
All other returns must reach us within 10 working days from the day you receive your order. These returns are at the sender's expense.
Return of goods / replacement / refunds
Please pack any returns with care ensuring the parcel is secure. Send the goods back to us by Registered Air Mail. Please mark the parcel for the attention of our Mail Order Department and indicate that it is returned goods. Returns will be examined on receipt: if the fault lies with us we will replace the item or refund the cost, including postage, whichever you prefer.We cannot accept returns or provide refunds or replacements for any items that are specifically made to order e.g. custom-made cameos, Cameo Settings - unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Goods are not sent on approval: all orders accepted are taken as confirmed.
Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.
Any dispute regarding a purchase made from this site will be governed under Italian law.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
